Survey: Failures of Honda VFR-750 Rectifier/Regulator Units

Instructions:  Please fill out and submit this form once only for each Honda VFR motorcycle you have owned, whether or not the regulator has ever failured.   This survey is short!  It should less than two minutes.  Please make sure all the information is as honest and accurate as possible, so as to make the resulting data fair and usable.

1.  Reported Honda VFR model/displacement (select carefully!): , year: Please do not report motorcycles that you have owned but have been sold.   "Totalled" and stolen motorcycles are OK.
